As well as advising ICBs, NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts, primary care providers and private healthcare companies, the team advises key national organisations including NHS England.Day to day tasks include:Disposals and acquisitionsNegotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters - acting for landlord and tenantsTitle investigation and reportingDeed of Easements, Licences, Tenancy at WillProviding property support to the wider commercial team on innovative contracting including joint ventures, alliance agreements and partnering arrangementsSupporting business development strategies of the team and wider business group and presenting as the face of the firm to clients and intermediariesThe Successful ApplicantYou will be a Real Estate Solicitor of between 0-5 PQE looking for an exciting new role.
