Financial Controller

The successful candidate for this Financial Controller role will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the internal accounting
• Accounting and quarterly reporting, working with the external accountant for annual accounts and tax filings;
• Accounting and consolidation the firm's investments, using the financials provided by the portfolio company's finance teams;
• Annual reporting and filings for the LPs managed by the firm;
• Supporting the companies in the private equity portfolio, particularly with financial / accounting, audit related matters;
• Completing the quarterly FCA reporting;
• Analyse and appraise the performance of public equity investments;
• Generally liaising with external accountants, auditors and lawyers;
• Ensure we the correct transaction accounting;
• Support the investment team with analysis of new deals, due diligence and on transactions.
• Loan Note delisting, dividends, restructuring
