Banking & Financial ServicesTo provide support to, and deputise for, the Head of Financial Control, in (i) the preparation of key external financial documents, (ii) the provision of accounting and regulatory technical knowledge, (iii) liaison with external auditors and (iv) the implementation and monitoring of financial risk and data controls.

1. The production of external financial statements for all UK based group companies including, in particular, the group annual financial statements and related consolidation workings
2. Production of IFRS compliant technical accounting papers for transactions happening within the group
3. The provision of detailed technical financial and regulatory advice to the Finance Department and more widely within the Group
4. Key point of contact with, and management of, the external auditors
5. Internal management of external audit process
6. The implementation and management of (a) financial controls and (b) data attestation processes
7. Preparation of periodic financial information for external publication
