About Our Client

The Logistics and Inventory Manager will be working for a leading automotive business operating in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector

Job Description

  • Control all inventory on site and through domestic/international supply chain
  • Relationship management with key operations stakeholders including suppliers and customers
  • Management and development of junior staff within the operation
  • Price negotiation with suppliers and oversight of operational spend
  • Take leadership on ERP/WMS implementation projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Will have worked within an automotive supply chain function
  • Procurement experience/qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong experience of ERP/WMS systems
  • Experience managing relationships with OEM customers is an advantage
  • Must be commutable to Birmingham

What's on Offer

The Logistics and Inventory Manager will be paid between £50,000 and £55,000 plus strong package
