Logistics Co-ordinator (Concrete)

As an Logistics Co-ordinator (Concrete) you will report into the Transport Manager on a daily basis and focus on the following key areas:

• Proactively co-ordinating an order network for a fleet of 50+ vehicles
• Confirming production and logistics capacity plants from numerous plants.
• Communication between commercial, haulage partners and production staff
• Liaising directly with customers to ensure they are updated on order progress and invoicing.
• Providing order confirmation, invoicing and despatch orders.
• Booking delivery slots with warehousing and haulier network.
• Monitoring POD's on haulier portal.
• Raising all commercial invoices and documentation.
• Conducting basic order summaries and inventory management.
