Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and managing HR data governance and data privacy processes, including change prioritisation and change control.
  • This role will direct the planning and implementation of all HR data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of HR employee information, filling gaps, managing change, and addressing global and local data privacy and security requirements.
  • Develop and build HR reporting solutions, identifying innovative ways to improve the quality of reports, relying on Workday functionality as well as other tools as desired and necessary.
  • Quantitative information, designing effective reports, creating clear dashboards and charts, and ensuring timely scheduled delivery of data via automation.
  • Gather insights and trends based on the analysis/reports

The Successful Applicant

  • HR Data and Analtyics expert
  • Strong understanding of the wider HR Operations function
  • Experience of using Workday
  • Data governance & data privacy experience
  • Financial Services or international corporate sector experience
