IT Infrastructure Engineer

As the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will join an established team, reporting into a Head of IT, providing both project and BAU responsibilities at a senior 2nd/3rd Line level.

You will be the escalation point for issues from the 2nd Line helpdesk, and provide senior level fault-finding resolution on escalated tickets.

The role will have a mixture of remote and hands-on responsibilities, where you will get the chance to travel to customer site for meetings and relevant project work.

Technical work will span all areas of infrastructure, including both server and networking responsibilities, whilst also overlapping into Modern Workplace technologies from an end-user perspective.

The role will be based 5 days per week on-site at the company's Coventry headquarters, so we are looking for candidates that are based locally to the West Midlands.
