Job Description

Content Creation, Management & Promotion

· Working closely with the conference producers and marketing team to plan and implement

the digital content strategy plan across the brands.

· Create and manage the quarterly content calendar - planning blog, video, podcast and report

activity to support the brand's marketing objectives.

· To produce 3 - 5 compelling blog posts each month that speaks to our target audience's pain

points and challenges.

· Manage the production of the Creator Economy Live podcast including liaising with the hosts,

managing the editing process, uploading the podcast and reporting on podcast KPIs.

· Plan, manage and edit video content (from interviews with speakers to cut downs of existing

video content from events) to help facilitate the growth of each brand.

· To plan and manage the creation of any download (reports, whitepapers, checklists) to drive

lead generation for the brands.

· Manage and create the weekly newsletters for each brand - from picking content pieces,

managing freelance writers and creating graphics to creating and sending the email

newsletter.

Content Promotion

· To create marketing assets and copy for content (from podcast blurbs and graphics to report

landing pages).· Understand how to use various data tools to interpret data to improve organic performance,

such as Google Analytics, YoastSEO and Keyword Planner.

Analysis & Insight

· Manage reporting that tracks content marketing KPIs on a regular basis to uncover actionable

trends and insights.

· Measuring content performance and analyzing key metrics to optimize effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

· Excellent writing and copywriting skills (with the ability to write in each brand's TOV and

style).

· Experience with marketing technology like Canva, Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite is

desirable.

· Basic understanding of how to apply good SEO principles to writing.

· Experience with graphic design, video editing and using recording equipment is desirable.

· Knowledge of content marketing metrics and assessment of performance

· Ability to conduct data analysis to determine content effectiveness and trends.

· Knowledge of landing page performance metrics and best practice

· Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.

· Effective communicator who is comfortable giving and receiving feedback
