VP - Credit Risk Manager (NBFI)

* Evaluate and approve transactions from Front Office teams before submission to approval authorities, with a primary focus on Insurance Sector Finance and Funds Finance.
* Assess transactions involving Non-Life Insurance Companies (well-rated Borrowers) prior to approval. These products include Funds at Lloyds facilities and RCFs/TLs.
* Handle facilities for Close-Ended Funds on the Funds Finance side (Capital Call Facilities).
* Analyse proposals from a risk perspective, communicate risk appetite, and provide recommendations to the front office concerning material presented to approval authorities.
* Prepare a credit opinion summarising key risks and making approval (or disapproval) recommendations to approval authorities.
* Continuously monitor the credit portfolio, including approving customer ratings.
* Take appropriate action if necessary in cases of potential covenant breaches, excesses, deterioration's in credit profiles, etc. (requiring up-to-date knowledge of market developments).
* Continuously monitor credit trends using available research data and publications.
* Develop sector expertise over time and prepare reports as needed.
* Assume responsibility for a designated portfolio, conducting regular reviews of all files.
