They are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join the team in Doncaster.Job DescriptionFunction as a strategic partner in matters pertaining to employment law, training and development, recruitment and selection, employee relations, organisational change, and Company Policies and Procedures.Oversee the daily operational People priorities at the site.Play an integral role in shaping People and Training strategies.Collaborate with the broader People team to develop, coordinate, and implement Company Policies and Procedures, ensuring legal compliance, best practices, and alignment with the business strategy.Spearhead and influence change management initiatives.Advocate for effective communication and staff engagement across all business functions.Offer guidance, coaching, and mentoring to Managers in various aspects of people management.Support senior management and their teams by adopting a constructive advisory approach.Demonstrate pro-activity and enthusiasm for personal development, actively participating in training opportunities.Lead and execute People and improvement projects, ensuring the outcomes are in harmony with the business strategy and comply with legislation.Partner with management teams at Operation Reviews, Pay Reviews, and Trade Union Meetings.Collaborate with the Occupational Health function in accordance with the overall business and HR strategy.Manage the People budget efficiently, with a focus on cost control, such as recruitment expenses.Develop and deliver Talent Management Recruitment/Development plans in alignment with Succession Planning strategies, in collaboration with senior teams.Compile, analyse, and present People metrics and reports.Oversee and bring to completion any business restructures, applying legal knowledge and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the redundancy process.Liaise with the on-site recruitment agency for temporary labour and actively engage in the tendering process when required.Ensure that all People record keeping, documentation, and related HRIS systems meet legislative requirements, maintain accuracy, and remain up to date.Monitor and drive the completion of all Appraisals in coordination with local management teams.Ensure a comprehensive induction process for all new starters in the business.The Successful ApplicantCurrent familiarity with HR best practices in the United Kingdom, preferably acquired within the manufacturing or a related industry.Proven capabilities in influencing, persuading, and coaching are essential.Proficiency in constructively questioning established conventions is necessary.Possesses a commercial orientation and is adept at handling and safeguarding information with the utmost confidentiality.Exhibits the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain precision while working under demanding circumstances.What's on OfferSalary £45,000 - £50,00025 day holiday + statsChristmas shut downHybrid flexible workingContactNatalie PalinQuote job refJN-102023-6206597Phone number+44 113 243 7753Job summaryJob functionHuman ResourcesSubsectorHR Business PartnerSectorIndustrial / ManufacturingLocationDoncasterContract typePermanentConsultant nameNatalie PalinConsultant phone+44 113 243 7753Job referenceJN-102023-6206597
