Warehouse Manager

In the role of warehouse manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage Health and Safety and maintain a safe working environment for all on staff on site
• Make sure that all staff are regularly trained and retrained and that records are kept of all training
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure regular checks take place
• Work alongside the technical department and ensure we are audit ready for BRC and customer audits.
• You need the ability to implement and maintain processes
• Management of seasonal influx of work
• Manage our warehouse staff and their workloads on a daily basis
• Coordinate with production team to ensure efficient flow of product
• Plan future capacity requirements
• Ensure all equipment and machinery is kept in working order and maintained
• Be able to calmly manage the peaks and troughs of the business making sure all of our staff are prepared for the day-to-day workload.
