About Our Client

My client is a large Not for Profit organisation who are looking to find an IT Project Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Overseeing the completion of medium-scale projects within specified timelines
  • Facilitating scoping of project requirements and aligning them with business expectations.
  • Establishing a foundation for initiating solution delivery.
  • Coordinating and executing key activities necessary for forming partnerships.
  • Monitoring project expenditure to adhere to budget expectations.
  • Implementing best practice project methodologies and frameworks for effective project management.
  • Identifying, reporting, and mitigating project risks and issues to minimise delays and disruptions.
  • Managing all aspects of project change.
  • Ensuring completion of project-related testing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Operational experience in IT within a progressive customer delivery and integrated environment.
  • Profound understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Successful track record of delivering mid-size projects across diverse organisations.
  • Ability to comprehend high-level technical architecture and facilitate informed decision-making on suitable solutions.
  • Strong grasp of IT concepts, including cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with projects related to mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building internal and external relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL Change/Release Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring project expenditure to achieve successful delivery within budget.
  • Proven ability to manage business change.
  • Strong teamwork skills, characterised by collaboration, pro activeness, enthusiasm, and passion.
  • Relevant industry-recognised certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, AGILE, and ITIL.
