This client has been established for nearly 40 years in the heart of Stockton on Tees. They are a small and friendly firm who take pride in providing clients with the best possible service and building relationships over the years.

Job Description

Preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Potentially take part in audit (4 small audit clients)

Get involved in client meetings and being a key point of contact for queries.

Working closely alongside a team of experienced and knowledgeable individuals to oversee the success of the firm.

Oversee the workflow for the wider team and take responsibility for the mentoring and coaching of junior staff and their continued professional development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA) with a successful track record in an Accountancy Practice.

You will be working with a portfolio of clients, be comfortable in managing client relationships and supervising a team of colleagues.

You will have experience in identifying and on boarding new clients, as well as selling additional advisory services within the existing client base.
