Head of Risk and Compliance

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the operational aspects of the EU Risk & Compliance team, including New Business Intake, Regulatory Compliance, and Professional Indemnity matters
• Overseeing and ensuring adherence all compliance policies and procedures
• Assist junior team members in preparing routine Risk & Compliance reports for the firm's Partnership Board
• Designing and delivering training sessions for the firm on risk and compliance
• Engage in internal risk management gatherings and present to the Senior Management Team on pertinent matters
• Provide assistance to the Chief Information Security Officer in managing Data Subject Access Requests
• Represent the firm at external risk management networking events and conferences
• Recruiting, training, developing, managing and supervising the individuals within the team
