Propositions Manager ( Financial Services Products )

The key responsibilities for the Propositions Manager will include:

• Lead the development of PSL proposition strategy within the Proposition team.
• Foster collaboration with various business units, employing strong relationship-building skills to enhance customer outcomes.
• Take charge as the work-stream lead on projects, employing outstanding organisational skills to provide customer-focused and business-oriented solutions.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis and product performance assessments, utilising internal and insurer Management Information (MI) for proactive issue identification and improvement implementation.
• Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines in all processes and procedures.
• Regularly conduct market and competitor research to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in products and propositions, identifying potential areas for improvement and threats for customers and distributors.
