Job Description

Participate in the full deal execution cycle, from supporting deal origination and transaction screening to due diligence, legal execution, and ongoing deal management.

Assist with client relationship management.

Engage in portfolio management.

Contribute to ad hoc tasks.

Support the Partners with other initiatives as the business explores new financing solutions

The Successful Applicant

Track record in financial services

Background in fund financing or leveraged finance preferred

Experience in a portfolio management, credit or origination role

Core credit skills essential

Good financial modelling skills
