Job Description

Working alongside the CTO, you will be responsible for devising a robust digital vision and strategy that resonates with our client's business goals and aspirations. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, rallying teams around a shared digital mission.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and manage an outsourced team of developers, to deliver cohesive and impactful digital initiatives that create meaningful operational improvements.

You will foster an environment where collaboration isn't just a buzzword but an integral part of every digital endeavor.

You are expected to be the driving force behind evaluating and integrating emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and cloud solutions into our operations. Evaluate tech trends for their direct relevance and potential to revolutionize our digital roadmap.

You will construct meticulous project blueprints, inclusive of budgets, timelines, and success markers. Lead the charge on executing these projects, ensuring they're on time, on scope, and optimized for peak performance.

You will utilize data analytics to extract insights that shape informed decision-making for digital initiatives. Establish data governance protocols that keep accuracy, security, and compliance in check.

You will be expected to identify potential pitfalls lurking in digital projects, from cybersecurity pitfalls to regulatory landmines. Implement proactive measures to safeguard the integrity of digital solutions.

Manage and modernize the existing IT function, ensuring synergy between digital transformation and IT operations. Lead, inspire, and grow the skills of their technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Forge and manage relationships with external tech partners and vendors. Collaborate to identify, assess, and integrate third-party solutions that align with our digital ambitions.
