Health, Safety and Environment Manager

As a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of employees and visitors. You will be responsible for overseeing health and safety compliance, providing training programs, managing risk, and driving an environmental sustainability agenda across a multi site portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Lead and coordinate health and safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with site managers to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Monitor and report on key health, safety, and environmental performance indicators.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
• Champion environmental sustainability initiatives and work towards reducing the company's environmental footprint.
• Lead environmental audits and assessments.
