Contract and Facilities Manager

As the Facilities & Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and compliance with all estates regulations across multiple sites in Warwickshire.You will be responsible for managing contracts with third-party FM service providers, driving efficiency, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with third-party FM service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and performance is optimized.
• Estates Compliance: Ensure that all sites are compliant with relevant estates regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and controlling expenses.
• Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong working relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure the best service quality and value.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to facilities and contracts.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on facility performance, compliance, and financial metrics for senior management.
