Job Description

The Legal Counsel position based in Wiltshire will involve the following tasks:

  • Deliver regulatory and generel legal support
  • Advising on specific legislation and regulation
  • First point of contact for UK legal matters
  • Evaluating the impact of companies policies as a business
  • Drafting a variety of agreements and contracts
  • Assist other support functions in regards to mergers and acquisitions
  • Assist with any other legal services as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • Have prior in-house legal working experience but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of working in a commercial environment
  • A keen interest in the energy sector
