The client is a growing Public Sector organisation that holds an excellent reputation within the area and as an employer. They are able to offer the role on a fully remote working basis, or if you are able to commute to Leeds then they will offer hybrid working.

Job Description

As an Interim Senior Financial Accountant, duties will include but are not limited to, producing statutory accounts, providing technical advice to senior stakeholders on a range of financial matters including financial modelling, debt, capital, tax and audit. Producing a report/ guide on producing and preparing statutory accounts and technical accounts for the organisation to use in the future. Dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
  • Have worked within a Local Government Organisation previously ESSENTIAL
  • Have produced statutory accounts ESSENTIAL
  • Have worked with debt and capital accounting previously DESIRABLE

What's on Offer

£400- £500 daily rate + Interim Senior Financial Accountant + Immediate Start + interim role for 3-6 months + fully remote or option for hybrid working if can commute to Leeds
