Job Description

Brief Interpretation: Thoroughly understand and interpret client briefs, translating them into actionable tasks for the creative and account management teams.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they stay within the agreed-upon limits.

Timeline Adherence: Keep track of project timelines, making sure that all tasks and milestones are met according to the agreed schedules.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the agency's quality standards, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Creative Team Support: Collaborate with the creative team, providing them with clear and concise briefs, feedback from clients, and any necessary resources.

Reporting: Generate reports on project progress, client feedback, and campaign performance, and share insights with both clients and internal teams.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution, finding solutions to keep projects on track.

Client Service: Provide excellent client service, being responsive to client inquiries and maintaining a positive client-agency relationship.
