Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsExciting opportunity to join a global provider in FacilitiesCompetitive salary and multitude of benefits including holiday and pensionAbout Our Client Our client is a leading global commercial real estate services firm with a strong presence in the UK, offering a wide range of services including property sales, leasing, management, facilities management, investment management, and consulting.Job DescriptionEnsuring the continuous, efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant and Equipment and Fabric Services.Management of the CAFM System to ensure staff's performance and monitor service delivery.Manage, organise and if necessary assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the area team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.First line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including permits, induction and signing off and actioning minor works listed on service report sheets in conjunction with the Contract Manager.Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are 'kept in the loop' through feedback and regular updatesMonthly meetings to be held with client to discuss life cycle analysis contract performanceConducting OP61 & OP63 quality audits on the customer site on a monthly basis and uploading on the QHSE Management PortalLiaising with QHSE or Contract Manager when internal audits are conductedResponsible for closing out N/Cs following QHSE auditsAssist the contract / business in creating innovative tools or creating new innovative ideas to facilitate the maintenance to the contract.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a respected global commercial real estate services company.
