Job Description

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring our organisation remains at the forefront of the industry.


  • Regional Focus: Your primary base will be in South Yorkshire, with regular visits to our operating sites across the Northern region. Expect approximately 1-2 days a week on the road.


  • Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely 2 days a week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.


  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a small yet highly capable HR team, fostering their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant



  • HR professional with a track record of success in strategic HR leadership.


  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and a passion for driving positive change within an organisation.


  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various regional locations within the North.


  • The ability to work independently and effectively from home.
