Digital Marketing executive- Asset Management

Website management

• Day to day maintenance of the websites ensuring that content is proactively refreshed, updated and in line with digital best practices.
• Work with the wider marketing team and Client Affairs to understand upcoming activity and priorities to promote online; establish and manage the process to continually update the site.Use data analytics and insights to understand user needs, improve the user journey and digital client experience.
• Identify potential areas for improvement and work with the team and developer to implement development changes.

Digital content and communications

• Ensure that the brand philosophy and visual identity is reflected and upheld in all digital content, communications, the Firm's websites and online user experiences.
• Manage the email communications programme working with business areas and the wider marketing team to identify suitable content, manage lists, build and test emails, and report on results.
• Coordinate regular video production, overseeing the edit process, uploading to web and social channels, and accompanying communications.
• Post regularly on the companies social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), ensuring posts are in line best practices and with the firm's overall content strategy
• Post relevant content to the client portal and third-party websites in line with client needs and areas of focus
