Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsFast growing QSR businessMust have a retail backgroundAbout Our ClientThe client is a global QSR business with both and equity and franchise model.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role include:Develops, implements, and tracks the effectiveness of food safety & quality programs including standards, procedures and tools to assure that food safety and hygiene requirements are met for store operationsDelivers effective communications to provide partners at all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of food safety standards, requirements, program updates and process changesAnalyses food safety & quality metrics, audit data, customer and regulator feedback. Highlights trends and potential opportunities for the teamCoaches and supports the operational teams on food safety related queries and issues for all relevant projectsManages and ensures that all food safety related complaints are fully investigated, tracked and resolved on a timely basisDevelops effective relationships with enforcement officersDevelops and delivers training programmes for retail stores and to other departments as necessaryDeliver against assigned business change projects.
