Finance Business Partner

Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with forward planning and business insight. You will actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business units that they support. To be the translator between finance, operations and individual business units.Being commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and management is essential. Day-to-day working closely with the HRBP, Operations Managers and Marketing teams of their business units.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce standard monthly reporting pack to include key KPIs for the business plus additional information tailored to the sites' Managing Directors' needs.
• Support key stakeholders with the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Identify areas of growth and opportunity via data analysis. Identify and flag areas of risk.
• Provide finance support and guidance on investment opportunities (to include CAPEX spend, Investment Appraisal, Business Cases).
• Finance Business Partners support the period end process via reviewing interim figures and advising the Management Accounts team of anomalies or issues.
