Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to join organisation as Workplace Co-Ordinator in Central LondonHands on, enthusiastic, Immediate startAbout Our ClientCentral London based officeJob DescriptionLiaison with staff and all onsite enquiriesMain point of contact for all London FM/work place functionsFull responsibility for the onsite Workplace Management, Facilities Management and Helpdesk inbox, ensuring all requests are actioned in a timely manner, appropriately and effectively to deliver employee and member satisfaction and expectationsComplete and record daily building inspections, documenting and resolving any issues found and engaging appropriate vendors promptlyAdhere to agreed SLA's & KPI's for service delivery and customer satisfaction.Input to and administration of the Workplace budgetsSupervise site PPM schedule, ensuring all tasks are undertaken within the agreed timescales. Manage all reactive work requests, ensuring the appropriate, swift and cost-effective resolution.Supervise third-party contractors and suppliers undertaking FM and Workplace work on site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standard operating procedures.Check and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Induct new starters with building processes and office familiarisationDevelop a professional relationship with all facilities service providers by regular contractor/vendor meetings, ensuring agreed service commitments and KPI's are met and exceeded. Ensure value for money/added value is achieved in terms of quality, service and cost.Sort, collate and distribute all mail.
