Interim SaaS Compliance Manager

The Interim SaaS Compliance Manager will report into the Head of Legal and provide broader corporate compliance support including retention compliance, general compliance (ABC, KYC, Data).

  Manage the companies Product & Billing practice compliance
• 
  
  Orchestrate a full GO audit, using third-party companies in each Country to complete this
• 
  
  Coordinate with external professional services to keep up to date with industry changes
• 
  
  New release monitoring
• 
  
  Keep a log of compliance changes in the business
• 
  
  Manage relationships with third-party legal counsel
• 
  
  Implementation of rules/legal changes with conversion impact in mind
• 
  
  Managing the T&Cs for each product
• 
  
  Regular testing of our user flows to ensure we remain compliant
• 
  
  Managing all legal communication
• 
  
  Working with all departments for any updates or data needed
• 
  
  Third-party compliance
