These assets are run akin high end boutique propertiesManage the organisational structure from GMs to Ops Director and other functional headsCollaborate with other executives to align with the overall company's strategyWork closely on the development of new properties and ensuring operational efficiencies across all propertiesEvaluate resource requirements and mobilize all the necessary resources including staffing, equipment, assets, inventory, materials, etc. in order to meet business requirements and service quality standardsThe Successful ApplicantTo apply for the role, it is a must to have the following experience;Minimum 13 years of experience in a leadership role in hospitality or hotel sector. This person will have experience managing ultra high end or luxury boutique properties.7 years of the experience should be in a corporate management role. People management experience in leadership positions. Experience developing and leading high-performance teamsThe right candidate will have exposure working with UHWNIs, Royalty and VVIP customers.
