An excellent employer offering amazing salaries and benefits to their employees.Job DescriptionResponsible for the production of timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly site reports and P&L. This should be both internally at site and externally to the central finance function off site, to enable key business decisions.To produce flash forecasts and report of the site's financial performance, including relevant KPIS.Understand gross margins within the costings, along with product costings used by the Sales team.Identifying where WTM variances may arise and drive improvement in weekly reporting - driving cost culture on site.To work closely and collaboratively with site management to ensure delivery of site profit and KPI targets.Management and leadership of the finance control function within.Creation and monitoring of operational KPIs that support the performance of the departmentProactively drive continuous improvement by supporting the Financial Controller in identifying and driving continuous improvements, around process and control. Have a "can-do" attitude, particularly looking to challenge the status quo.Provide financial input to the preparation, challenge, justification and appraisal of capital projects.
