Interim Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Interim Finance Analyst to join our team on a 3-6 month contract basis.

This role will be conducted remotely, with potentially only 1 day every month in the office in Oxford.

The primary focus of this position will be margin analysis for rebates, requiring a deep understanding of financial data, strong Excel skills, and experience in multi-site businesses, preferably in the retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or consumer goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

   Margin Analysis : Analyze margin data to calculate and monitor rebates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and contracts.

   Data Management: Efficiently manage large datasets, maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely access for analysis and reporting.

   Report Generation: Produce high-quality internal reports using Excel, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

   Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing to the financial success of the company.

   Multi-site Business Support: Collaborate with various teams across multiple sites to gather and consolidate financial information, providing a comprehensive view of the business's financial performance.

   Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
