We are recruiting for a dedicated HR Services Manager to lead the team in providing exceptional HR support and guidance to approximately 700 colleagues. If you're passionate about HR, service delivery, and continuous improvement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills.

Job Description

As the HR Services Manager, you'll lead a team of six professionals responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR and payroll processes and administration services. Your responsibilities will encompass payroll management, HR advice, administration, employee life-cycle processes, HR policy development, and more. Additionally, you'll manage external suppliers and oversee annual HR projects.

This role is broad and varied, offering ample opportunities to develop and apply your HR expertise. You'll be a capable line manager who knows how to motivate and lead your team effectively, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive HR services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in managing HR services delivery teams responsible for employee life-cycle processes and administration, including HR reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and experience managing outsourced payroll services.
  • Proven ability to motivate, engage, and manage team performance and service delivery.
  • Experience in managing external suppliers to maintain service quality.
  • A track record of managing end-to-end processes and driving continuous improvement for a superior customer experience and enhanced efficiency.
  • Ability to deliver HR services in accordance with agreed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Experience in managing projects and HR life-cycle events, e.g., pay reviews.
  • Familiarity with handling employee relations issues effectively.
