Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsSenior Estates SurveyorHertfordshireAbout Our ClientOur client is a local authority.Job DescriptionThe Senior Estates Surveyor will play a key role within the estates department and ensure that all landlord & tenant matters are dealt with in a timely and professional manner whilst also offering support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the organisation.Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:Manage a varied portfolio of properties, dealing with general landlord and tenant matters.Provide expert advice on property management issues, lease negotiations, and rent reviews.Mentor and support junior surveyors, fostering their professional development.Assist in the formulation of property strategies and policies.Undertake valuations, asset management, and property acquisitions/disposals.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise property performance.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this role applicants must have achieved MRICS status as a Chartered Estates Surveyor.
