Job Description

The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with colleagues from HR and External Relations as well as across LSTM, with staff both in the UK and internationally. You will curate and create content, manage LSTM's intranet and internal engagement channels as well as developing campaigns to engage staff and supporters. You will also work with our Education team to develop strategies and plans to engage our diverse student body.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong track record in internal communications and staff engagement, ideally from working in a large and complex organisation, Higher Education experience is desirable
  • Experience of delivering effective and engaging staff and/or student engagement campaigns and activities which deliver business impact
  • A background in establishing, managing and continually evaluating internal communications channels to drive engagement and action
  • Passion, creativity and a desire to make a positive impact
