Job Description



The National Sales Manager will:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target the infrastructure sectors, maximising revenue and market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and proposals to meet their specific challenges.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

- Conduct in-depth market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and gain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and maximum customer satisfaction.

- Utilise CRM systems to track progress, forecast sales, and provide detailed reports on market trends and competitor activities.

The Successful Applicant



The National Sales Manager will have:- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the infrastructure sectors. ( utilities, local authorities, rail, telcoms, civil - CNI etc)

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of the infrastructure sectors and their specific requirements.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
