• 
  
  The senior research officer post holder will bring their established mixed methodology research experience to support the organisation in delivering the strategic aim to embed Insight and Influence across the organisation.
• 
  
  Advise on appropriate research solutions and methodologies to answer the key objectives.
• 
  
  Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent research projects. Scoping and commissioning projects, leading the project management through to debrief
• 
  
  Comfortable creating and using primary research materials for qualitative and quantitative approaches - with some familiarity using secondary desk based research approaches where appropriate (e.g systematic reviews)
• Manage external relationships with agencies or organisations conducting or contributing to research projects
