This client works on a wide range of projects including education and healthcare and they work on single, two stage and framework tenders across the midlands so this is the type of work you will be involved in. They work on projects ranging from £3-4m up to £10m within this part of the business and they are growing into different sectors and areas of the industry into the future.

Job Description

This role will involve being in charge of the pre construction team on a variety of different tenders ranging from single, two stage and framework tenders. You will lead internal and external meetings, review all information from both a bid and design point of view and will be involved in both the pre construction side as well as ensuring the project, once won, gets to site on time with everything in place. Your role will be liaising not only with the pre construction team, but with the site teams as well to ensure project delivery is central to the success of the team.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will be someone who has worked within a contracts management role previously and has moved into the pre construction side if the industry OR someone who has a strong background working on site so you are able to understand in detail from a site perspective as well as from a design/estimating/bid background.

This is a key role within the team and your background and experience will be essential for the success of the business and winning tenders across the Midlands. You must have experience working on both new build/refurbishment projects ranging fro £4-10m and be comfortable managing a team.
