About Our Client

Opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of office / warehouse space mainly based in Nottingham.

This is a permanent, full-time role, 39 hours per week primarily based in the Company's offices in Nottingham with occasional travel to other properties across the UK.

Job Description

You will be responsible for a small portfolio of properties (mainly Nottingham / Derby)

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing the effective and efficient delivery of local site services/facilities on a day-to-day basis
  • Direct responsibility for all maintenance and building services
  • Facilities compliance / H&S compliance
  • Project management
  • Contract and record management
  • Reporting on utilities / energy consumption
  • Supervision of contractors on site

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing a multi site property portfolio
  • Experience managing total FM (hard / soft services)
  • A technical background with a building services qualification, preferably HNC or above
  • Ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
  • Experience with finances / budgeting
  • Communication and influence with all key stakeholders
  • Current UK driving licence
