You will be tasked with developing the operation, teams and site performance within a structure that you will be tasked with creating.Job DescriptionAs the Site General Manager you will be responsible for day to day operations of a 24/7, e-commerce / fulfilment site. You will manage warehouse and transportation teams as well as some other specialist areas of the site. You will drive operational excellence at the DC, keeping customers and people at the centre of all business decisions.
