A rapidly growing technology-based industrial services business that develops and provides solutions to equipment operators that enable them to reduce operating costs, enhance reliability, and reduce carbon footprint. Their innovative technology and products use real-time analysis to capture data for their Global Customers.

Job Description

We require an ambitious and talented engineer to drive new products and core technology innovation and development in accordance with our development roadmap. You will push forward our core technology and product innovation with the objective of extending our lead in the field of real-time oil analysis and analytics. You will be responsible for managing and growing our internal team of engineers and take responsibility for the development of new core technologies and final products through to volume production.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess the following skills, qualities, and experience:

  • Reliable with a straightforward, common sense can-do approach to work.
  • A minimum of 5 yrs of commercial hybrid (mechanical and electronics) product development.
  • Expertise in the areas of mechanical design, electronics design, and project management.
  • Proven ability to take an idea from concept to finished product.
  • Proven ability in managing a Development Team (C#)
