Head of Product Regulatory Compliance

As the Head of Product Regulatory Compliance you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the product regulatory compliance function, providing strategic direction and guidance to the wider international, multi-business teams.
• Develop and deploy the Group Product Compliance strategy.
• Evaluate and map the regulatory compliance landscape.
• Maintain broad appreciation of global, regional, and local product regulations and standards, and interpret their implication s for the organisation.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into the individual business divisions.
• Oversee the development and execution of compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
• Engage with regulatory authorities, industry groups, and certification bodies to stay informed about emerging regulations and industry best practices.
• Investigate compliance incidents, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to avoid future non - compliance.
• Establish and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with international business teams to address compliance-related issues, respond to regulatory inquiries, and manage regulatory relationships.
• Stay informed about advancements in technology and automation tools that can enhance compliance management processes.
• Support Business level responses to key customer requests on Product Compliance.
