Daily Rate: InsideAbout Our ClientOur client is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant (Oracle) that has experience within implementation within the Finance area.Job DescriptionERP Consultant. Oracle Experience. Hybrid Opportunity. East Midlands. Inside IR35. Initial 6 months Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.Analyse existing systems, processes, and data to determine the most effective way to integrate Oracle ERP solutions.Design and develop implementation strategies, considering client-specific needs and industry best practices.Configure Oracle applications according to the established requirements and specifications.Customise and tailor Oracle modules to align with the client's business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP with existing systems.Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the Oracle solution functions correctly and meets client expectations.Assist in data migration and validation processes from legacy systems to Oracle.Develop comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans, user guides, and training materials.Deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the Oracle ERP system.Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, trends, and updates to provide innovative solutions to clients.The Successful ApplicantQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).Proven experience as an Oracle Implementation Consultant - Minimum 3 years experience Expertise in Oracle ERP systems, including configuration, customisation, and integration.Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, human resources, or other relevant business domains.Proficiency in identifying client needs and translating them into technical requirements.Experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and creating solution designs.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.Project management abilities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.Availability to work on a contract basis for the duration of the project.What's on OfferIf you are a dedicated Oracle Implementation Consultant with a track record of successful project implementations and a passion for delivering excellence, we encourage you to apply.Hybrid Opportunity ( 2 days on-site ) Daily rate: Competitive ( Inside IR35)Duration: 6 months Join us in contributing to the success of our client's business by implementing cutting-edge Oracle ERP solutions.
