Group Risk and Controls Manager

The Group Risk and Controls Manager responsibilities include, but are limited to;

• Responsibility for the development and enhancement of the Group's Risk Management framework to better reflect the Group's expansion and diversification. The resulting framework should be robust, efficient and aligned across the Group wherever practical.
• To work with key stakeholders in order to affect cultural change, designing and delivering against a plan to prepare an Audit and Assurance policy for the Group, and communicating progress to the Audit Committee,
• Undertake the role of secretary of a Generation Risk Management Committee ensuring the smooth and effective running so that risks are suitably communicated to senior levels and challenged and actions are recorded and tracked to completion. Report up through the relevant Group functional Risk Management Committees where matters require escalation, whilst providing risk and control expertise.
• To provide support to the Group Financial Control team in developing and governing the Group Financial Control Framework ensuring a robust and effective control environment. This includes the integration of new business units into the Group and the execution of a quarterly control validation process.
