IT Support Analyst - 2nd Line

This IT Support role is on site Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.

As a 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be an integral part of the Edinburgh team within the business, responsible for providing technical support for up to 40 on site users. You will be the "go to" person for Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a reliable and efficient IT environment that supports the business with day to day.

• Supporting up to 40 users within the Edinburgh site with IT issues.
• Stakeholder management.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to implement improvements and upgrades to the Infrastructure.
• Working closely with the Service Delivery Team.
