My client is a FTSE listed manufacturing firm based in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Job Description

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the finance team and Commercial Managers with accounting, reporting and analysis on all aspects of the Commercial P&L for a range of SKUs.
  • Influence stakeholders across Supply Chain to reduce excess stock and improve stock health
  • Providing insight and analysis to highlight opportunities to optimise stock holding and minimise costs in the Supply Chain
  • Developing stock budgets and forecasts
  • Evaluating the stock impact of product introductions and discontinuations, identifying stock at risk, and driving activity to reduce the cost of change/exit

The Successful Applicant

The Finance analyst role is ideally suited to a recently qualified accountant either moving directly from practice or trained within industry.

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills are essential

Full training on the technical aspects of the position can be provided

Experience within the manufacturing and production or FMCG industry desirable but not essential.

What's on Offer

Basic salary up to £45k + pension, bonus scheme (up to 15%), free lunch, parking, 25 days + bh annual leave.
