Job Description

The Legal Counsel will work closely with the Head of Legal and other senior lawyers and get involved in a variety of work. This will include drafting, negotiating and advising on contractual arrangements with customers and third parties. The successful candidate will provide advise on contract law and strategic advice on a range of contract categories including, marketing and supply, Wholesaler, service agreements, consultancy agreements, patient support programmes, NHS collaborative working agreements. You will also support on procurement projects and assist the tendering teams.

The Successful Applicant

You will already be working as a Legal Counsel or you will be a Commercial Solicitor coming from a practice background. You will have knowledge and experience drafting commercial agreements. Given the existing structure of the team this role will suit a lawyer between 1-4 years PQE ideally.
