They are looking for an experienced building surveyor to join their existing surveying team to assist in dealing with a back log of complex repairs.Job DescriptionInterim Building Surveyor - North West England - Property and Housing- To arrange and undertake verification surveys and prepare schedules of minor works to all targeted properties. Once works are in place to monitor the appointed contractor to ensure completion in a satisfactory and timely manner. 100% post inspection of properties following works, liaising with customers and internal/external stakeholders. Recording all works and communications within the organisations case management system.- Support the wider team in the issue of schedules to the Complex Repairs Contractor and undertake periodic site inspections. Provide WiP reports on Complex Repair Cases at regular intervals, 100% post inspection of properties following works, liaising with customers and internal/external stakeholders. Recording all works and communications within the organisations case management system.- Provide internal training as and when appropriate.
