About Our Client

As a Study Operations Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing delivery of a number of clinical studies from an organisational point of view. You will directly manage a team of Senior Scientists to deliver.

Job Description

As a Study Operations Manager based in London you will:

  • Be the operational coordinator and lead a team of Senior Research Scientists to deliver a number of clinical trials within the Laboratory
  • Cover aspects of operational project management including supporting with project and budget generation, resource allocation and monitoring of project deliverables
  • Monitor and adapt priorities based on a fast-paced environment
  • Support Director of Lab Study Operations in completing client proposals within tight timeframes.

The role will initially be site based whilst training, but flexibility/ hybrid working is allowed as the role progresses.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful as a Study Operations Manager you will have:

  • Experience coordinating lab activities relating to clinical trials in a GCP/GLP environment
  • Have solid project management experience overseeing varying laboratory studies in a clinical environment
  • Experience delivering projects/studies to client expectations in a client facing role whilst influencing internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and to budget.
  • Line management experience is highly desired
