Job Description

Interim HR Services Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and design the HR Shared Services function from the ground up.
  • Streamline and manage transactional HR processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of HR professionals.
